This page explains how a Kolkata FF result is built, so you can read any Kolkata Fatafat result or chart with confidence and spot a wrong number on other websites.
1. A day has eight bazis
Results are declared in eight rounds called bazis, about one and a half hours apart, from about 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Sunday is a short day with only the first four bazis. See the bazi time table.
2. Every bazi gives a patti
A patti is three digits written in rising order, with 0 always counted as the highest digit. So 1-2-8 is written 128, and 5-0-9 is written 590. A number like 821 or 059 is never a valid Kolkata FF patti.
3. The single digit comes from the patti
Add the three digits and keep the last digit of the total. Examples:
| Patti | Sum | Single |
|---|---|---|
| 128 | 1+2+8 = 11 | 1 |
| 377 | 3+7+7 = 17 | 7 |
| 590 | 5+9+0 = 14 | 4 |
| 000 | 0+0+0 = 0 | 0 |
4. 220 pattis, 22 for each single
Counting every three-digit combination written in rising order gives 220 pattis. Each single digit from 0 to 9 has exactly 22 of them. The full list is on the Kolkata FF patti list.
5. Reading the result chart
In our result chart each row is a date and each column is a bazi from 1 to 8. The patti is printed on top and the single digit below it. "Off" means a Sunday bazi that is not played, and "Holiday" marks days with no game.
6. How to check a result yourself
If a site shows a patti whose digits are not in rising order, or a single digit that does not match the digit sum, that result is wrong. Our patti calculator checks this in one tap.
